If you’re looking for intentional massage, with just the right blend of education, intuition & compassion - you’ve come to the right place.

As a facilitator, I use multiple massage modalities to allow your body to achieve your wellness goals. My therapeutic approach is centered towards pain management, relaxation, functional body movement, and overall providing space for professional, safe touch.

I was trained in Denver Colorado, at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, with a program consisting of 900+ in school hours required (well over the typical requirement for massage therapy) in addition to 240+ off-site hours of massage therapy practice. I have found this rigorous training to be an incredible benefit to both myself and for my clients. I have been able to quickly add on additional certifications quickly in the past 3 years with this very solid foundation. These include Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Advanced Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage with the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, an additional Post-Surgical Aftercare course with Bespoke AfterCare Academy, Myofascial Release I with John Barnes, CranioSacral I with The Upledger Institute, and more to come every year.

2023 Continuing Education will include - John Barnes Myofascial Release of the Pelvis, Myofascial Release II and Myofascial Unwinding.

Outside of Massage, I am passionate about being a mother, dog lover, roller derby player, horseback rider, book reader, hike taker, kayak paddler, coffee drinker, garden planter, and costume maker!
